Although our firm is new, collectively, we‘ve been helping clients resolve complex commercial disputes for more than 30 years.

Our clients are corporates, small to medium sized businesses, entrepreneurs and investors. Typically, we help clients with disputes in the Supreme Courts, the Federal Court and the AAT (for tax disputes). While we have particular expertise in trial preparation and advocacy, we are adept at achieving effective outcomes without having to resort to Court.

We are different to other law firms. We only do disputes – complex commercial disputes. We don’t profess to be everything to everyone.
