We are seeking a talented and driven litigation lawyer with 4–8 years PQE to join Aptum in our Melbourne office. This role will see you play a key role in medium-large scale commercial and tax disputes, advising a diverse client base including corporates, high-net-worth individuals and international clients conducting litigation in Australia.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of high-stakes commercial disputes in superior courts including shareholder conflicts, corporate fraud and regulatory disputes. In parallel, you will be involved tax controversy, including disputes with the ATO, administrative reviews before the ART, and litigation in the Federal Court.

You will be an integral part of a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering high-quality, personalised dispute resolution services. The role also provides opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, business development, and mentoring junior team members.
