Lawyers Weekly: Aptum appoints 2 senior ATO lawyers

Lawyers Weekly share the announcement of Aptum welcoming two senior ATO lawyers, bolstering the expertise of Aptum’s Tax Disputes practice.

Tuan Van Le, former executive director of the Australian Taxation Office’s litigation department and an ATO principal and senior lawyer, joins Aptum as Practice Lead (Tax Disputes).  Eric Maben, formerly Principal and Senior Lawyer at the ATO, and in-house Corporate Counsel, joins as a Senior Lawyer.

The additions further broaden Aptum’s combined experience and expertise working with the ATO, Federal Court, in-house teams, and the Victorian Bar.
