We help clients resolve complex commercial disputes.

Although our firm is new, collectively, we‘ve been helping clients resolve complex commercial disputes for more than 30 years.

Our clients are corporates, small to medium sized businesses, entrepreneurs and investors. Typically, we help clients with disputes in the Supreme Courts, the Federal Court and the AAT (for tax disputes). While we have particular expertise in trial preparation and advocacy, we are adept at achieving effective outcomes without having to resort to Court.

We are different to other law firms in three critical ways. We only do disputes – complex commercial disputes. We don’t profess to be everything to everyone. We provide a unique level of expertise and independence critical to helping clients resolve complex commercial disputes. We align our pricing to our client’s objectives and outcomes. We don’t count billable units, nor do we assess the performance of our lawyers based on billable units. We have a unique project management approach. Our tailored platform is an industry leader in assessing and managing risk and delivering effective outcomes. Our differences are our strength and they position us to deliver better outcomes and better value for our clients.

Feel free to contact me directly if you would like to discuss where your current dispute is at and how we might help deliver a more effective outcome.
