Aptum has been announced as the winner of Best Dispute Resolution & Litigation Firm (<$30m) in the 2024 Client Choice Awards.

The Client Choice Awards, led by Beaton Research + Consulting, are a preeminent indicator of client satisfaction in professional services, assessed through a process of independent research. To participate, clients and referrers rate and comment on a firm’s performance in delivering services across a range of criteria including quality, value for money, and innovation.

In a highly competitive year, 250 firms from across Australia and New Zealand entered the Awards, with more than 16,000 individual client ratings submitted. Clients gave Aptum the highest overall client service scores in our category, which included figures of 9.77 for overall performance, 9.90 for likelihood to recommend, and 9.33 for value.

The following are some of the quotes revealed through the research process:

  • “Very helpful, responsive and extremely knowledgeable on all the legal matters we raised. They worked hard to get an outcome and I never felt like they were just wanting to rack up billable hours which is very refreshing.”
  • “[Aptum] were contactable and relayed information quickly when required. They explained everything and ensured that I understood the specifics. They covered everything. I was prepared for Court and was fully aware of the risks involved. I was confident as I knew I had a strong legal team who had done the work required to win.”
  • “The whole team from the top of Aptum Legal down to the support team have all been very professional and always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I will highly recommend them for future work with people in my network needing legal professionals.”

Marita Evans, Director of Business Development, Strategy & Brand, said, “We’re thrilled to hear this positive feedback. We want to extend a big thank you to all our clients and partners whose participation in the Client Choice Awards not only helped us secure this recognition, but also better understand their needs for the future.”

This award is tremendous recognition for the ongoing hard work of the entire Aptum team, who continue to deliver an exceptional level of service in litigation.

We look forward to sharing more of our findings from the 2024 Client Choice Awards in coming weeks. A full list of winners can be viewed here.
