Calvin is interested by creative problem solving and conceiving solutions that may seem ridiculous at first, and applies this kind of entrepreneurial thinking to everything he does. From project administration to finance, Calvin explores ways to make incremental changes to business processes that, when combined with team discipline, make a substantial impact over time. Working alongside Aptum’s project teams, Calvin drives team outcomes through excellence in communication and collaboration.
As a graduate in commercial operations, Calvin also coordinates Aptum’s pipeline. Taking inspiration from other industries, as well as his experience applying real time data analysis to improve onboarding and outcomes, Calvin ensures every new client has a positive experience.
